My name is Kym Winup and I am a Person Centered Counsellor and member of the BACP (registration number 00918228) I am also a qualified Life Coach (CPCAB) As a Person Centred Counsellor I provide clients with a safe place in which they can grow and develop, overcome beliefs and behaviours that are preventing them from reaching their full potential. My experience enables me to offer effective, individual, psychological care.
My experience covers a wide range of areas including depression, substance misuse, anxiety, bereavement, pet bereavement, work/school based stress and I provide a neutral, safe ground to individuals, families, and couples.
My focus is to facilitate individuals self awareness and help them to heal, refocus and become aware of their inner strengths. This will be achieved by providing a neutral safe space for you to explore areas about yourself and your life that you want to understand. I will value you by listening to your concerns, your thoughts and your unique experience and together we will achieve the change you are aspiring to make.
